bartender issue

I am currently running the latest version of bartender and i created a new label in portrait orientation i ask to print multiple labels and it will only print 1 these are serialized labels not from a data base

 

when i go and print other labels that i have created in the past they print out fine 

what am i missing?

  When you add a serialised field onto a label an extra quantity box is enabled, namely Serial Numbers, and are you using that entry box to select the number of labels required?
