2019 License Service Stops Folgen
We're seeing an issue with the BarTender license service on BarTender 2019 where the service will stop unexpectedly, thus keeping us from printing. This is on a free edition station where both the application and license server are installed on the same station. We're sometimes able to solve the issue by restarting the computer itself, but that also does not always fix the issue. Most of our users are not local administrators so can't restart the service themselves.
Any advice on logs to peer into or other possible routes to try to identify what might be going on with this? The only similar issues I'm seeing on the boards are where the license server does not get installed correctly at all, but we're not completely unable to use the system, there is just an intermittent failure of the license server.
