Text on custom stock does not align? Folgen

I have custom label stock (1" OD, .46" ID, 1/8" between labels, 1/16" on each side of label, on a continuous roll (1 row).  I am trying to print arced text on the ring.  Everything is set up as a custom stock, and it appears nicely on the screen...but when I print it on our Zebra printer TTP-345, the text is quite off center and moving it on the screen/file just makes it worse.  How can I fix this?

The problem may be due to the fact that the label is round and the sensor in the printer is not on the centerline of the label.  This shifts the position of the label in relation to the printer head....and the software is not printer specific.  I'm not sure how to adjust this.  Being able to offset in bartender would be nice, but how?

Did you mean a TSC TTP-345 printer?

Round labels can often be an issue especially where a fixed label sensor is involved. You could try setting the Top Offset in the driver it is has one.

It is sometimes better to used round labels with a registration mark on the back of the labels and so a quick sensor selection setting change gets round all these kind of issues.
