Process Builder - File Access Issue

Hello,

BarTender Process Builder is giving me an error when I test a document. When I test run the process I get this error:

Print job 'FileName.btw' did not complete due to the following error: BarTender document 'P:\FileAddress\FileName.btw' does not exist or can not be accessed.

The file definitely exists, so I figure it must be having accessing issues. The document is located on the company server, and I allowed the program through the Domain firewall. When I choose a file located on the computer hard drive or a flashdrive the program works. 

Does anyone know what might be causing the access issue?

  Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!
  
  There are a couple of things we could check and see if any of these are causing this issue:
  
  

  • As this document is on the company's server, did you add credentials to the Process File? If Process Builder works as expected with local files, try specifying the user credential account to your network drive within Process Builder. Please, see the screenshot below as a reference:
    
    
    
    
  • Also, have you tried using the fully qualified path instead of the mapped drive path?

  
  Let us know if any of these do the trick!

  I'm getting the same error.  I have tried both options.  Any other tricks I should try?  This is my first process builder I doing.  I do have a integration file that is running just fine.
