Can I load the Bartender software on a 2nd Admin in our company?

  Thank you for reaching us on the Community Forums.

  BarTender 2019 and newer uses Printer Based Licensing which means that it allows an unlimited number of users per license.

  When BarTender is activated the first time, that computer becomes the BarTender License Server. 

  In order to activate additional BarTender clients you'd need to search for that BarTender License Server. For more information please refer to the article Activating the BarTender Suite under the section "I already have a BarTender installation activated on my network and am activating a second installation".
