An alert for for missing fonts would be brilliant
We've just transitioned over to new PCs and upgraded to Bartender 2021. One thing that this has highlighted is Bartender not issuing a warning when you open a template that uses fonts that are not installed on the system – it just silently replaces it with a very generic sans-serif font that is not immediately obvious is wrong.
Contrast this with Illustrator or InDesign which as soon as you open a file that uses fonts that are not installed you are presented with a screen listing the missing fonts.
A "Fonts Not Installed" warning would be an excellent addition.

Hi Mark!
Thanks for your feedback. This is a feature that has been requested before, and although the development team is currently considering it, as well as a way of embedding the fonts into a label format to ensure that the correct fonts are used for the "designed" text objects no matter what is installed on the PC used to do the actual printing; this exact feature is not in their short-term roadmap, meaning to say that this is not within their plans yet to set expectations.
I would recommend other users who want these features implemented in BarTender to either upvote or comment on this thread, as this is the best way to let us know what you want.
Again, thank you for your participation! If I get any updates from the team regarding this feature, I'll let you know. :)0
