mapping User Access in Admin Console

How can i add a User Access from Other Domain?

Our Bartender Server is in Product Domain, but we have to give the User in Office Domain the Access to modify the btw files.

  Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.
  
  As my colleague from the Technical Support department mentioned, currently the only version of BarTender which supports this feature is BarTender 2019. We have logged your request with the appropriate department and would be considered for future implementation depending on resource availability and request numbers.
  
  Having said that, I would recommend other users with similar requests to either bump this thread or upvote the original post using the arrow key feature next to the image icon, so we can update the feature request with the generated interest.
