Help with Install Error 1935?
Could anyone help me troubleshoot a failed installation? (Domingo Rodriguez?)
I'm seeing error 1935 (screenshot below). None of the previous community posts about this error solved my problem (e.g., Installation Error 1935, Error 1935).
Bartender Details
- Installer: BT2016_R9_3160_Full_x64.exe
- Automation edition
- I'm trying to install only the license server
System details
- OS: Windows Server 2019 Standard, 64 bit
- .net version: 4.7 (see screenshot below)
- C++ 2010 10.0.40219; C++ 2015-2019 14.24.28127 (see screenshot below)
- This server has no internet access
Troubleshooting Tried
- .net repair (did not make a difference)
- Installing License Server together with Bartender and the .net SDK (did not make a difference)
I haven't tried installing / uninstalling c++ because the post mentioned that is from 2014 and references C++ 2008 (which isn't on my computer).

There used to be an issue sometime ago where the .NET 4.X stuff would not install correctly as some of the elements from .NET 3.5 were required and 4.X installer did not automatically install these, so maybe worth trying to install 3.5 first

Update: I installed .net 3.5, and the error is still present.
