Date format
Hi,
I do not manage to scan correctly my 2D Matrix : on the pictures below you can see my example where the format of the expiration date is yyyy-MM-dd but we do not get the hyphen (-) between the year and the month on the scan result.
Is someone able to help?
Thanks,
Rémi

The problem is your GS1 symbol is invalid.
In GS1 codes the dates have to be 6 characters long and in the format YYMMDD, there can be no spaces or dashes etc in between the digits. The text date shown on the label can be different but not in the code.
You also have an unnecessary function 1 character after the GTIN number.
In the screenshot below I have added the elements of the barcode as Object Value items linked to the text fields below, but have added a Transforms>Truncation>Discard 1 character on right for the GTIN number as BarTender will automatically calculate this.
Is Superior Volume a serial number (type 21 AI)?

Dear Peter,
Thanks for your return.
I have transfered your answer to my customer who wanted the label and the date format as seen on the pictures. Indeed, his request does not match with a GS1 code.
I have also informed him that the reference "Superior Volume" is not a serial number and can not use the AI 21.
Best regards,
Rémi

No worries.
It doesn't actually look like the 21 - Superior Volume - was actually encoded in the code anyway.
