Bartender will not install

    Hello Carr,

    We are sorry to hear your experience with BarTender hasn't been what one would expect from our software. That being said, we are here to help you and hopefully, we can get your copy of BarTender up and running in no time.

    In order to properly troubleshoot this issue we will need more information however:

    • What BarTender version are you trying to install? We would recommend downloading our fully patched versions from our download section.

    • What is the Windows version of the machine you are trying to install BarTender on? Perhaps your Windows version is not compatible with the BarTender version you have, please review our documentation on the subject.

    • Could you tell us in detail what happens when you try to install BarTender? Does the executable file load at all? Does the installer progress up to a point and then suddenly stop or disappear?

    Also, were you to require immediate help, we would recommend reaching our Technical Support Team directly. In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.
