Unable to install Bartender 2022 R2

I uninstalled Bartender for a client as we did not know the licensing server and wanted to start over and now I am unable to install Bartender as I get an error while attempting to create the directory. The client is using a free trial and I need assistance in installing and activating the product with the licensing server.
