I am having a similar problem to this post from earlier this year:

I have tried the suggested fix of making sure that 'Achive deleted records' remains checked. However, every time I save, close Admin Console, and then reopen it, the 'Enable Scheduled Maintenance' box is unchecked again, even though all other setting changes made to the maintenance schedule and age of records to delete were saved.

We are running Bartender 2016 R9 on Windows Server 2016. The db is local. I am running Admin Console on an account with full db permissions.
