We are using Bartender with a database connection to a MSSQL Database.

I have the label set up so it repeat the Query Prompt until cancel.

Users had issue, about 3-4 times since go-live 3 weeks ago, not finding an order that supose to exists.

I would test it on my machine, it would work. Then remote connect to their machine, and it would also work. But it always happened during my time off, so my test would be delayed. It also exists in the database

When you keep the Query Prompt open, does it keep the odbc connection live, and is it keeping up to date data? 

Or do they have to close the prompt and re-open it to get the live data?
