In my case, the printer to which the print is sent is not the printer in the integration

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the line tool when the label prints. Sections of the lines are getting cut off where ever there are fields above and below the line resulting in the line appearing to be broken.
I reached out to Seagull and they told me to install their drivers and update the firmware. I did install the drivers and this did not fix the issue. We tried to update the firmware but was not able too.
The printer I am using is pretty old so we decided to swap it out or a newer printer that should have up to date firmware. This seemed to work as the lines are now printing correctly.
Now after a few days I tried to print the same label and the lines are once again not printing correctly, same issue. No changes have been made to the printer or bartender file.
During my testing I noticed that if I move the fields far enough above or below the line this would solve the issue. But this is not practical as the label needs to appear a specific way.
old printer: Zebra TLP 2844
new printer: Zebra ZD620
Any ideas?
