Message 1002: Invalid Product Key Code Follow
Symptom
When attempting to activation BarTender, you receive the following message:
Activation Wizard Message #1002
Invalid Product Key Code
Environment
All BarTender versions
Fix
This message will display whenever the Product Key Code has been entered incorrectly. Please closely inspect the Product Key Code and try the activation again. (Make sure you're using the Product Key Code and not the Support Number.)
Some older versions of BarTender may display this message when activating an incorrect version. Please make sure the version of BarTender that you're activating matches the version that you've purchased.
