Diagnosis

This message is triggered when a value is assigned to an object which does not comply with the Character filter set under the Transform tab of the object's property settings. 

Solution

By default, Bartender will warn the user about invalid data being entered.

The warning message can be avoided in the following ways:

• If the data which triggered the warning message is valid then the Character Filter will need to be modified.
• If the Character Filter is correct then either valid data needs to be entered or BarTender can automatically strip out offending characters for the data to meet the Character Filter requirements:
