How can I configure a Data Entry Form to trigger at a different Frequency?

BarTender 2016 and later.

Answer

You can alter how often the form appears by changing the Frequency option.

1. Go to your Data Entry Form
2. Right-click on a form object in your Data Entry Form and go to Properties
3. Go to the Data Entry section in the left pane and drop down the Frequency menu.
   • Once at Start of Print Job is the default option.
   • There are also options to trigger the form on every selected database record (Every Record), Every Serial Number, Every Copy, and Every Page.
