- Access federated sign-in, currently available through Google

Getting Started
When organizations were implemented in BarTender Cloud, every tenant space was was issued an Organization Domain ID — a unique alphanumeric string used to identify your organization and tenant space. At that time, you should receive an email similar to the following, informing you of your Organization Domain ID and your new BarTender Cloud sign-in link.
Regardless of whether you are a registered BarTender Cloud user or not, you will have to re-register your username and password before continuing.
Your new BarTender Cloud sign-in link will take this form:
https://YourOrganizationDomainID.account.Datacenter.bartendercloud.com
The datacenter used here depends on your region and shouldn't have changed if you were a BarTender Cloud user before the October 2024 update was implemented. See the available options below:
- am1 (Americas)
- eu1 (Europe, the Middle East and Africa)
- ap1 (Asia Pacific)
For example, if the Organization Domain ID is SeagullBarTender and the company is in Bellevue, Washington, USA, the sign-in URL might be https://SeagullBarTender.account.am1.bartendercloud.com.
Finding and Changing Your Organization Domain ID
While your tenant space's Organization Domain ID was assigned automatically during the October 2024 update, it's easy to find and change your ID to whatever you want.
- From the Home screen in BarTender Cloud, navigate to Administration > Settings > Global Settings. You can see your current Organization Domain ID here below your Company Name.
- Click Change to the right of the Organization Domain ID field. The Edit Organization Domain ID dialog will appear.
- Enter your new Organization Domain ID here. Please note the conditions in the warning shown in the image above before clicking Change Domain ID to confirm.
As a result of changing your Organization Domain ID, an email will go out to all of your tenant space's registered users informing them of the change and providing them with their new ID and sign-in link.
Recovering Your Organization Domain ID
There are instances where you might be asked to enter your Organization Domain ID when signing into BarTender Cloud. If you forget your ID, see the steps below to recover it:
- Start by clicking on Forgot Domain ID to begin the recovery process.
- Enter the email address you use to sign in to BarTender Cloud and click Send Email. An email containing your ID will then be sent to that email address.
Recovering Your Unique Sign-In Link
If you know your Domain ID but forgot to save your unique sign-in link, go to the BarTender Cloud landing page associated with your region:
- am1.bartendercloud.com
- eu1.bartendercloud.com
- ap1.bartendercloud.com
You will then be asked to enter your Domain ID. Enter your Domain ID and click Continue to be directed to your tenant space's unique sign-in page.
