How to Update Your BarTender Customer Portal and BarTender Support Portal Accounts
Overview
The BarTender Customer Portal and BarTender Support Portal will migrate to BarTender's new enhanced identity provider on November 30th, 2024. As a result, all users must reset their account passwords.
Please do not reset your passwords before November 30th, 2024 (4 PM UTC). Any password resets before this date and time will not have any effect once the new identity provider is implemented.
Resetting Your Passwords
When you visit the BarTender Customer Portal or Support Portal, you will see that the page's look and feel have changed.
If you use at the Customer Portal, see the notice under Existing Users letting you know you must reset your password.
Click Change Password to get started.
If you're using the Support Portal, start by clicking Sign in in the top-right corner.
The rest of the steps are identical for both platforms:
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and click Submit
- You'll then be notified that a reset email was sent to the email that you entered. Once you receive the email, click Change My Password. You'll land on the Password Reset page.
- Enter your new password twice and click Reset Password to complete the process.
- Sign in with your new password.
