The Remember My Login feature allows you to access BarTender Cloud without re-entering your credentials each time you sign in.

Using the Remember My Login Option

To enable Remember My Login:

1. Start on the BarTender Cloud sign-in page.
2. Enter your credentials and check the Remember My Login checkbox.
3. Click Sign-In.

When you enable Remember My Login, BarTender Cloud saves a cookie in your browser. This cookie allows you to log in automatically on the same device and browser without re-entering your credentials. Once enabled, the feature remains active for 30 days unless you log out.

• If you manually log out, you must authenticate again on your next login.
• To disable Remember My login, log out and avoid selecting the checkbox the next time you log in.
• Configuring a custom Logout Time for inactive users (see General Settings for BarTender Cloud for more details) will override Remember My Login. In this case, selecting the Remember My Login checkbox will have no effect.

Using Remember My Login with 2FA

If you use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with BarTender Cloud, you can reduce the need for repeated logins by selecting Remember this device for 30 days.

Your device will need to re-authenticate after 30 days. Additionally, logging out manually will require re-authentication, even on the same device.
