Support Policy Update
Seagull is updating our technical services support policy, continuing to fulfill our commitment to providing high quality, timely support to our customers with active contracts.
Effective March 17, 2025, an active subscription or maintenance contract is required to receive assistance from Seagull’s technical services team for all activities, including license activation and printer clear services.
Check your Support Status in BarTender Software
You can determine your BarTender contract status by starting BarTender and accessing the Help>About dialog, then verify the Support Status field.
Check your Support Status in BarTender Cloud
You can determine your BarTender Cloud subscription status by opening BarTender Cloud in your browser and navigating to Navigation bar > Administration > Settings > Global Settings and checking Subscription Plan.
