When printing through the Integration Platform, certain symbols like trademark symbols don't print correctly.
BarTender 2016 and later
- Verify the file trigger and data is being sent and saved as UTF-8 encoding. Some notepad applications will tell you the encoding version in the UI. (Notepad itself will not)
- In the Integration file, go under Integration->Input data->verify the input encoding is set to Unicode (UTF-8)
- Redeployed the Integration to apply the changes.
