 Where can I find the Option for "Repeat Data Entry Until Cancelled"?

It's a little hidden.

If you go into the Print dialog (File -> Print), There should be an Options tab next to the Quantity tab. If you click here, the first option is to check the option for Repeat Data Entry Until Cancelled. As the name suggests, the Data Entry form will keep prompting until you click on the Cancel icon.
