Symptom

You're not able to choose the printer you want to print to at print time. When you click on a document, it immediately prints instead.

Environment

Any version of Print Station.

Fix/Answer

In Print Station, do the following:

1. Click the settings icon in top right
2. Go to Administrative setup->general
3. Set the option to "show print dialog".
4. Also under the security section make sure the "printer selection" option to disable is not checked.
