Is an easy way to change the printer settings for multiple BarTender documents at once?

Answer

No, there is no way to change the printer settings for multiple labels all at once. Each label will have to be changed individually. However, when a label is opened and cannot find the printer it was saved with, BarTender will set the label printer to the current default printer in Windows. If the label is then saved, the default Windows default printer will be saved as the new printer for that label.
