How do you configure Print Portal to remember or retain the data that was last entered into the data entry control for subsequent print jobs?

Answer

1. In the BarTender document, go to the form design and properties of the particular data entry control(s) you want to remember the data that was last entered into the data entry control.
2. In the data entry control properties, go to the data entry section and enable the option "remember value for next time" or "update sample data after print".
3. Save the document.
4. Copy and deploy the document to the directory where Print Portal is retrieving documents to print.
