Symptom

When trigger an Integration to execute an email action, you may receive the following error message:

The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. 
The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [MWHPR0201CA0071.namprd02.prod.outlook.com]

Solution

In the Integration file, make sure the account and connection settings are set correctly for the email action. In this case for the error, make sure you are specifying your domain in the user name. It should look something like this.
