BarTender 10.1 End of Support Follow
Originally released in 2013, BarTender 10.1 will reach End of Support on November 1st, 2019.
What this means?
The product itself will continue function, but Seagull Scientific will no longer provide any technical support.
What can I do?
We recommend making a plan to move to a new version of BarTender as soon as possible. If you have an active maintenance and support contract, upgrading to a newer version of the product is free. You can get more information on support and maintenance contracts by contacting your reseller or BarTender Sales.
Do I need to get a new Product Key Code?
If you are moving to BarTender 2019 and have an active support and maintenance contract, you can simply download the latest release of BarTender and activate it with your existing Product Key Code.
If you are moving to BarTender 2016, you will need to contact Seagull Scientific to get a new Product Key Code, even if you have an active support and maintenance contract.
