By default, the BarTender Web Print Service and Java Applet plugin are available at the the following location assuming that you've also installed BarTender Print Portal when installing BarTender:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BarTender\Content\ClientComponents

Typically, the first time you access BarTender Print Portal from your client's internet browser and run the printer wizard to configure a printer that is connected to your own client based computer, Print Portal will attempt to install the required printing component on the local environment.
