Symptom

When entering the Product Key Code for BarTender activation, an error message appears that shows "The product key code is invalid".

Solution

The reason this error occurs is because the entered Product Key Code is incorrect. It's recommended to copy and paste the Product Key Code during input if possible. Otherwise, confirm the Product Key Code again and make sure there is no typo.
