Unable to Print to Additional Printers After Applying a Printer Count Upgrade
Symptoms
Your printer count upgrade has recently been applied, but you are still getting 1401 errors saying that no printer slots are available.

Solution
First, try to refresh the license.
- Open the Administration Console on the computer hosting the license and select the Licensing tab.
- Right-click on the current license and select Refresh License.
If this doesn't help, it's possible that the additional printers that you purchased may have been unallocated.
- Open the Administration Console and select the License Setup tab.
- Verify that the correct number of printers shows up under the Maximum Printer Count.
- If the Maximum Printer Count is correct, double-check that the printers are allocated to the correct license partition.
- Click the Edit icon (a pencil) next to the printer partition and add any unallocated printers to the partition.
