BarTender Community Forum User Badges
Our Community Forum is a place where all BarTender users are welcome to share their queries, issues, and insights on the software. In recognition of the value Community members offer our Community we would like to reward those users who actively contribute to the conversation and help each other; that is why certain members who meet the criteria will be awarded a badge which will be displayed next to their name on the Community's posts and comment sections.
Qualifying members of our Community who are BarTender Partners, vendors, and end-users will be awarded this recognition after giving Seagull Scientific permission to display the BarTender Hero or BarTender Ambassador next to their name. BarTender employees are exempt from this initiative.
Qualifying Factors
Active Community users reaching a certain informative post or comment average a month can qualify for this initiative. The following table contains the criteria needed in order to qualify:

| Who can qualify? | Community members who post on average a minimum of 5 comments or informative posts a month for the past 3 months. | Community members who post on average a minimum of 10 comments or informative posts a month for the past 3 months. |

Revocation & Voluntary Withdrawal
Seagull Scientific can revoke its Community members' BarTender Ambassador/BarTender Hero badges if the following conditions are met:
- Prolonged Forum Inactivity (more than 2 continued months without posting/meeting the threshold).
- Breaking the Community Forums Usage Policy.
