Overview

The Administration Console allows for the configuration of print job logging to allow for the auditing of previous print jobs via apps like Reprint Console and History Explorer, which can be helpful if you need to pinpoint when a print job occurred for the purpose of troubleshooting. This article will explain how to enable and manage this function.

BarTender 2019 and later.

Information

1. Open the Administration Console.
2. Navigate to the Print Job Logging section.
3. In order to select what information is logged, ensure the "Log print job information"(1) check box is checked.
4. Select any of the available options as necessary and click Apply.
