How to find your Support Number?
Overview
The Support number is a unique 16 character code composed of uppercase letters and numbers which takes the following format: XX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX. This article shows you where you can find the support number.
You will need to present a valid support number in order to request technical support.

Your support number can be found by navigating to Help > About in BarTender.
- Open BarTender Designer.
- Click on Help > About.
- Find the Support number in the About dialog:

To find your Support Number in BarTender Cloud, start by logging into your BarTender Cloud account and doing the following:
- Click on the profile icon in the top right.
- Select My Profile.
- Select General at the top of the list.
- Find your Support number in the middle of the page:
