Unable to Log In or Forgot Password
You are not able to log in to BarTender Cloud:
When trying to login you get the following error message:
Send the Reset Request
Recover Password Manually
- In the login screen above the Log In button click on the password recovery link:
- Wait for the recovery email and follow the steps in the Recovery Email section below.
Reset Password through an Administrator
- Log into BarTender Cloud using an Administrator account.
- Click on the Hamburger menu icon in the top left of the screen:
- Select Manage Cloud Account at the bottom of the list on the left hand side.
- Select Users in the list on the left hand side.
- Click on the three dots next to the profile picture of the affected user in the list.
- Click on Reset password:
- Wait for the recovery email and follow the instructions below.
Once the recovery email has been received follow the below steps:
- Click on the Reset Password link in the email.
- On the Change Your Password page, specify a new password:
- Click on the Change password button.
