Printing Usage and History in BarTender Cloud
Overview
This article discribes how to review your BarTender usage and printing history from within BarTender Cloud.

You will need an administrator account to perform these steps.
BarTender Usage
This interface allows users to review their usage of BarTender Cloud.
To access the Usage screen follow the below steps:
- Click on the Hamburger menu icon in the top left of the screen:
- Select Manage Cloud Account at the bottom of the list.
- Select Usage in the list on the left hand side.
This screen allows you to view the number of print jobs either broken down by month or for a specified time frame.
- At the top the number of printed items for the current month are highlighted
- The usage chart shows the number of printed items for a specified period. Two dropdown lists provide parameters for adjusting the data displayed in the chart:
- the dropdown on the right lets you choose between:
- Monthly Details: Daily usage stats for a specified month.
- Printed Items: All printed items during a specified period.
- The dropdown on the left changes depending on which option is selected in the right dropdown:
- When Monthly Details is selected: Allows you to select the month.
- When Printed Items is selected: Allows you to select the duration.
- the dropdown on the right lets you choose between:
- Finally, the Usage by Month list enumerates the total number of prints for each month.
Print History
This page allows users to review the individual print jobs in BarTender Cloud.
To access the Print History page follow the below steps:
- Click on the Hamburger menu icon in the top left of the screen.
- Select Manage Cloud Account at the bottom of the list.
- Select Print History in the list on the left hand side.
- At the top are some stats for print jobs.
- Below that is a list of print jobs.
- Above the list to the right are some controls:
- Searchbox: Search for specific Print jobs.
- A Column Filter button: Filter the cplumns displayed in the print job list.
