Printing different lables of differing quantities
Hello, I'm an office administrator for a online tree retail/wholesaler and we have recently bought a Labelstation. It's currently set up to print labels four at a time (The labels are on a roll, four across) but we don't always want to print in multiples of four. Is it possible to print multiple files, for example 10 Oak labels, 6 Walnut and 8 Hawthorns so that we waste less?

If you used a simple database or data file to select your products and configured the copies value to be entered for each record then BarTender would print full pages mixing the records to suit to fill the page (ie for your example, 2 x 4 Oak, 2 Oak and 2 Wlanut on the next 4 labels, 1 x 4 Walnut and finally 2 sets of 4 Hawthorn labels).
Alternatively you could use this setting to specify where to start printing:

Thank you so much for your help. We've successfully printed off our first batch with no wastage whatsoever. You've certainly earned your tag!
