Please help teach how to used data enter form to print several data at one time on multiple labels

    Unless you set up sharing or similar, by default a Data Entry box is linked to one field on the label and so based on your inputs you have asked BarTender to print one field with all the 1's and 2's on it and then print 2 labels (and not 2 rows of 10). 

    If the same data is to be used on all 10 of the labels all you need to do is type the data in one and print 10 copies of the label. If the data is different then the setup is more complex. Which way will you be printing the labels?

    Hi Peter,

    The data input will be different, for example I scanned 10 data, the label need to be printed 10 labels at the same time,thank you.

    I would suggest creating you label as a full width label with 10 correctly positioned label fields on it, and then add a Data Entry Form Text Input Box for each one so the operators can scan/enter the data in to each field in turn, something like this:
