RFID Encoding issues

    Hello Mehdi,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    Could you tell us what BarTender service release are you currently on? You can find this information if you navigate to BarTender Designer's upper menu and click on "Help > About". If you are not using the most up-to-date revision of the software (BarTender 2019 R10), we would recommend updating your environment to this latest revision. We would also recommend you review our document on Updating BarTender to the Latest Revision before taking any action.

    Also, if you were to create a new document and try to replicate this issue you are experiencing, can it be replicated? And if so, do you experience this issue in multiple machines?
