Using BT2021 R9
Every few days our licensing server comes back invalid.
We have 1 printer and two clients.
Every time this has occurred and we follow what is shown on licensing issue page. Restart the licensing service, re-install software , de-activate license, tried setting static mac as per Virtual machine steps, nothing seems to resolve it.
When de-activating we need to email support to allow us to re-activate even though it says we can only activate on the last pc it was activated on. as it gets error your allocated activation's have been exhausted.
There seems to be no logs showing why this occurred.
Is there somewhere we can get confirmation of why this is going invalid?
