Presets not saving when printing from application

    Hello Paul,

    Welcome to the BarTender Community Forums!

    When you talk about the printer presets not being carried through to the application, do you mean BarTender Designer? Or are you printing through one of the other apps in the BarTender Suite? Also, what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" upper menu in BarTender Designer.

    Hello Xabier,

    Thanks for your reply, it was a another application.

    I have since managed to sort this issue by adjusting some options in the software to link to the stock name.
