Presets not saving when printing from application

Hi,

I have an issue where the printer presets do not carry through to the application even though they are set in the printer preferences. So each time I want to print I have to select them from the preset drop down.

Anyone seen this or know of a fix?

  When you talk about the printer presets not being carried through to the application, do you mean BarTender Designer? Or are you printing through one of the other apps in the BarTender Suite? Also, what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" upper menu in BarTender Designer.

  Hello Xabier,

  Thanks for your reply, it was a another application.

  I have since managed to sort this issue by adjusting some options in the software to link to the stock name.
