Ability to float image at the end of a database field

I have a label template that requires an image to be placed at the end of its product identifier obtained via a database field.  Obviously being a dynamic product identifier I can not use an absolutely positioned image. I would like the ability to float the image at the end of the dynamic data.

Ideally, I would also need suppression control based on another database field. 

I have tried to create the image using multiple methods however I have not found a way to concatenate an image object to another object value.

  I am not sure there is a simple way to achieve that unless the image you require is one of those available in "text" format such as those in Seagull Medical Device font where you can add it on in a separate sub-string such as below:
