History Explorer Date Format Follow

Good Afternoon Everybody,

I'm wondering if it's possible to change the date format, in the Created Time field, from "MM/dd/yyyy" to "dd-MMM-yyyy" on the BarTender: Print Jobs history viewer and the customized report.

I was able to change it by going to Tools>>User Preferences>>Regional Settings>>Windows Settings, but the new format only works for the Print Job Detail Overview not the other two above. I tried to close out and reopen History Explorer, but didn't work.
