Support Response Times?

What are the typical support response times?

 

The support page states "submit a ticket if you need immediate help"; I've been waiting 2 days so far for a reply.

  Requests sent over email usually have a response time of 24 hours. For urgent requests please call us directly at 425-641-1408.
