    Hello Mike,

    We are sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the Get Support page.

    Are you still having issues accessing support? If so, could you tell us what browser application are you using? Are you accessing support in English or another language? And what are the symptoms, can you see anything displayed on the page or just a blank page?

    We are not aware of any ongoing maintenance in our support portal around the time you created this post, were you having trouble then or earlier?
