Template Changes Based on Printer
Is there a way to prevent a label template from changing based on the the printer Bartender is connected to? This is causing a lot of issues when I open the template on different computers that are connected to different printers. Barcodes will move on the template, text fields end up squished, items are off the label, etc. I have looked at every possible solution and haven't found a good one.

If you are changing between printers with different printhead resolutions there is no way round this as BarTender will apply the sizing/X dimension etc appropriate to that DPI.
For text fields you may see some improvement if you use True Type rather than device fonts if you are switching between different makes of printer

Why would it change the whole label though? On one printer, the label will match exactly but on another printer, it will print off the label or condense it (see picture below). The label printers are technically the same, some are just the newer version and others are the old version. I just feel the label template shouldn't change that much.

What makes, models and dpi of printer are you using and what drivers?

We have
GK420t, 203 DPI, only have 1 of these
ZD420, 300 DPI, these are the newest ones
TLP2824, 203 DPI - these are being replaced
Though I create the label on my computer, which automatically sets it to a normal printer

I would suggest you install one of the Zebra drivers on your PC. You dont need to be able to print to it but just need it to create the labels using that driver as when you select it will load all the settings, such as suggested fonts and maximum pages sizes etc rather than use those of your "normal" printer.
