Update to 2022 doin nothing

I started the update but now nothing is showing.

I do see three lines in the task manager.

• BarTender Integration Service
• BarTender Print Scheduler
• BarTender System service

But nothing is happening and I try to install it again and it says one is already running.

Should I close the background jprocesses? and start again?

  When I did mine, each station sat for nearly 30 minutes before completing.  How long did you wait?

  The only time I have come across a significant delay in installing or updating BarTender has been when there have been Windows updates that had not been applied first and so these take precedence in the installation queue and stop BarTender from installing until they have finished. This was 3 hours plus on one machine as for some reason no updates had been applied for a couple of years, whilst every other PC in the same department went through without issue
