Hello 

After checking printing trace, we identified something usual that printing task reported error : The RPC server is unavailable server times today. They look like some sudden and random disconnection issue.

Based on the time, I found something in Event Viewer that Seagull XPML Server was running at the exactly same when issue happened.

Details are as below:

Seagull XPML Server may be installed along with printer driver. probably blocks WMS printing. There is no Seagull on WMS servers of other counrtry.  Would you please check Seagull XPML sever must be installed when we using ZEBRA printer? and if it is possible to remove it?

And could you please check if seagull xpml server is any affect to RPC server and cause it to impossible print?
