Our computer is broken, we tried to install BarTender again, but it didn't work, it gives a license error, what can we do for it?

If you need to reinstall your BarTender copy on a new computer, you can find a BarTender installer on our webpage. Also, here you will find an article detailing the BarTender Activation Process.
However, as your BarTender copy could not be deactivated on the previous machine, we would recommend you reach our Support Channels via email on our Get Support page so we can deactivate the license for you. If your client's license has an Active Maintenance & Support contract with us, you will have phone, chat, and web-form options available so you can reach Support. If not, you will always be able to reach us via web-form with issues related to license activation.
