    Thank you for reaching us with your query via our BarTender Community Forums.

    In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, could you tell us what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently on? You can find this information by navigating to the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer.

    Also, could you attach some pictures so we can better understand the issue?
